Before you write

If your question is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about clubs you are selling to us, include the reference code from your submission. Most questions about delivery, returns, the warranty and selling are already answered on those pages, and the answer there is the same one we would give by email.

We read every message ourselves and reply from hello@secondagolf.ch. If you would rather email directly, that address works just as well.
